Baolikang cooperates with professional manufacturers to negotiate the transformation scheme. Combined with the characteristics of dry waste gas from tube bundle, sodium hypochlorite oxidation treatment method is selected to oxidize methyl mercaptan into sodium methylsulfonate by using the strong oxidation of sodium hypochlorite under alkaline conditions. And it is absorbed by series kettle or series packed absorption tower. The method has the characteristics of long direct reaction time and high absorption of methyl mercaptan. In addition, for protein gelatinization and ammonia containing waste gas, according to different gas-liquid contact modes, sulfuric acid is used to absorb ammonia containing gas for neutralization reaction, and finally achieve up to standard emission.

After the transformation scheme is determined on the basis of repeated demonstration, all the staff of the project will reverse the construction period, wall chart operation, and the whole transformation project will be accelerated. After the project facilities are put into operation, the waste gas emission after the transformation meets the requirements of the secondary emission standard in the national integrated emission standard of air pollutants (GB16297-1996) and has fully achieved the expected effect.
